Whatever your goals, whatever your level, New York Music School has a program to help you develop your creative potential.
PRIVATE LESSONS
Students seeking to develop creativity through music will receive weekly private lessons. Through one-to-one instruction, the focus is on one student at a time in a studio setting. Private lessons are available in piano, violin, viola, cello, flute, oboe, clarinet, saxophone, guitar, and voice. Students will take music appreciation classes and theory classes to develop listening skills and learn the language of music. On some instruments, the Suzuki method is also available.
STUDENT RECITALS
New York Music School's student concert is for all students to develop self-confidence and presentation skills.
PRE-COLLEGE & CONSERVATORY PREP
Students preparing for pre-college and conservatory entrance auditions will attend master classes with professors from New York City conservatories, in addition to weekly private lessons. Students will take theory and ear-training classes to develop musicianship, and gain performance experience through concerts.

NEW YORK YOUTH SYMPHONY AUDITION PREP
The New York Youth Symphony is one of the most awarded youth programs of its kind in the nation, recognized for its innovative, educational programs for talented young musicians. Founded in 1963 as an orchestra to showcase the metropolitan area’s most gifted musicians ages 12-22.
ROYAL CONSERVATORY MUSIC EXAM
